About Us

Scrapbooking & Cardmaking SpecialistsWe are a boutique scrapbook and crafting business. Inspiring you and supporting you through your personal crafting projects by bringing you ideas from our design team, kits and classes for beginners through to the seasoned scrapper and providing the latest in world trending supplies.  We specialise in vintage chic design and boast an extensive variety of affordable flowers.

Embellish It was established in October 2005 by two cousins who couldn’t find exactly what they wanted locally in scrapbooking products so they decided to find and bring in to New Zealand a few things for themselves.  This snowballed when others wanted to access the exciting new items and Embellish It began to grow.  Back in April 2012 we purchased Embellish It and have immersed ourselves in this mobile business.

We have continued the very popular monthly crop days in Timaru, and twice a year we host a 4 day weekend retreat in South Canterbury’s gorgeous rural countryside at Raincliff Conference Centre.  We have also added crop days in Christchurch and Oamaru approximately 5 times a year.

Many of the original clients still join us at our crops and retreats and newcomers are always welcome at our events. We now enjoy a fantastic and continuously growing clientele, of amazing scrappers, card makers, bow enthusiasts, flower fiends, and creative crafters.

As Embellish It is also a mobile business we will happily travel to retreats organised by scrapbooking groups bringing with us the retail shop to enable the attendees to browse and buy throughout their project creation.

We have an extensive network of contacts and suppliers around the world so if there is something specific that you require just let us know we will always do what we can to source things for you.

Shop hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am to 2:00pm
You are welcome to contact us to arrange a time to visit outside these hours.

Please sit back, relax and enjoy looking around our website.
