Clear slow drying ink developed for use with the Dylusions Dyamond Range.
Ink stays wet on most surfaces to allow time for use.
To use:
Invert Dabber, tap repeatedly on scrap paper to begin ink flow. Dab onto surface. Sprinkle with Dyamond Rocks or Dust. Heat with Heat Tool. Replace cap after use.
