Stamperia - Stardust Pigment: Stardust metallic pigments are extra fine-grained powders that are designed to give the surfaces on which they are applied an impact of luminosity. It is recommended for use on a surface primed with Stamperia's Black and Matt Superbase, (item K3P68B) and with the help of Stamperia's Transparent Beeswax (item KE54) for better adhesion. It can be rubbed on the surface to decorate with your fingers or with a cosmetic silicon ..... the excess , if any can be removed with a dry brush. These new Stardust metallic pigments team up with Cristina Radovan's Cosmos Infinity range perfectly. This package contains one 0.5 gram jar of Stardust Metallic Pigment.
