Each package contains one Ranger Emboss It Dabber Bottle, Clear, one fluid ounce
To use:
Invert Dabber, tap repeatedly on scrap paper to begin ink flow. Dab onto surface. Sprinkle with Embossing powder. Heat with Heat Tool. Replace cap after use.
